Anton Melentiev was born on November 25, 1987, in the city of Novosibirsk.

From 2004 till 2009, he studied in the Novosibirsk State Art College and was qualified as an artist and a tutor.

From 2012 till 2018 – study at the Saint Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin. He received a diploma with honors; his graduation work – “Crossing” obtained a top grade and Anton received praise of the State Attestation Commission.

Since 2012 – permanent participant of numerous exhibitions in Russia and abroad.

In 2018 – he was awarded with the Gold Medal of the Russian Academy of Arts for the best graduation work of the faculty of painting.

Since 2014 – he was assigned to the studio of monumental painting under the guidance of Professor S.N. Repin (Chuvin A.V., Pichakhchi S.A., Morgunov M.V.)

Since 2018 – an artist and an intern of the art studio of monumental painting under the guidance of the academician Mylnikova V.A.

In 2019, he joined the Union of Artists of Russia.

Since 2020, Anton Melentiev has been a tutor in the Saint Petersburg Academy of Arts named after Ilya Repin.
