Kandinsky Square, Larissa Orfanidou (Greece) – Exquisite Art
This organic wool painting is a copy of an original Wassily Kandinsky artwork called Squares with Concentric Circles, 1913
He was one of the founders of The Blue Rider German Expressionist movement.
Wassily taught at the Bauhaus from 1922–1933 as a Form Master for the wall-painting workshop.
Kandinsky is accredited with having made the first abstract painting in 1910.
My creations are made only from organic materials.
Wool is the primary material used in all my paintings, complemented by natural silk for the additional accents and pure cotton that serves as a base.
Here I used merino wool, tread, cotton ( base )
I use multiple techniques to create every canvas, including dry, wet and mixed wool twisting. I have spent a lot of time understanding and learning these techniques and making new, innovative ways to reach the result you see in my gallery.
Care: Hand wash with warm water and soap
Extra: Hypoallergenic product, ready to hang, exclusive handmade piece.
